Well, let me break it down for you:
You have a total of 31 friends
You requested to guess 31 entries.
2 were skipped due to invalid content (surprising?).
You made 29 guesses.
You got 27 correct.
Doing the math for you, that means you got 93% correct.

Film: Walk The Line
Starring:
Joaquin Phoenix as Johnny Cash
Resse Witherspoon as June Carter Cash
Directed by:
James Mangold (Identity, Girl Interuppted, Cop Land)
Plot Outline: A chronicle of country music legend Johnny Cash's life, from his early days on an Arkansas cotton farm to his rise to fame with Sun Records in Memphis, where he recorded alongside Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis and Carl Perkins. (credit - imdb)
Comments - Johnny Cash's life will be brought to the big screen. The film looks great, and I can't wait for this one. I've always like Joaquin Phoenix and this role could win him an Oscar. Why? He learned guitar and also sings the songs. The trailer looks great as well.

Film: Last Days
Starring:
Michael Pitt as Blake
Lukas Haas as Luke
Directed by:
Gus Van Sant (Good Will Hunting, Elephant)
Plot Outline: Michael Pitt stars in a Seattle-set rock & roll drama as a musician whose life and career is reminiscent of Kurt Cobain's. (credit - imdb)
Comments - Gus Van Sant again uses real life events to inspire this tale about the last days in the life of a rocker. I don't know too much about this one, but since I'm a Nirvana fan, I'll give this one a definite look.

Release Date: Already released in limited release during the summer.

My job offers flexible scheduling. Basicly, the policy is you commit to a certain number of hours for each round, or two week period. I chose 60. However, since we were in the second week, I had 30 to get. I was under for this week. That's not my issue here...I can accept the fact that I fucked up. However, one of the main sellng points for this job is the "flexible scheduling" it offers.
I saw my manager and told her I wanted to change my commitment from 60 to 50.
The manager told me I could just "do better" next round and that going to 50 hours is not the answer.
This after she told us during training that all we had to do was ask on the Friday before a new round and everything would be fine.
So, she's a liar.
Further, I find out she gets a bonus based on the amount of hours her call center does.
At least she's a greedy liar.
Somehow, I almost respect that.

Jarhead is the first film in a long time that I will actively be looking forward to.
Trailer
Plot Outline: Based on former Marine Anthony Swofford's best-selling 2003 book about his pre-Desert Storm experiences in Saudi Arabia and about his experiences fighting in Kuwait.
It is directed by Sam Mendes (American Beauty) and seems to have a great cast.
Jake Gyllenhaal is in the starring role, and he's joined by Jamie Foxx (Academy Award for Ray), Chris Cooper (Academy Award for Adaptation), and many more accomplished supporting players.
It's currently slated for a November 4th, 2005 release in the US.
The thing I remember most about 9/11/2001 was how beautiful a day it was. I was just starting college and was going part time in September of '01. I was driving to school for a 9:30am class.
The sky was so blue, a blue I rarely have seen since. There was nary a cloud in the sky. It was a temperate day. If I recall, it was around 70 degrees in New Jersey that day.
How little did I know that the world would change so furiously and completely that fateful day. I can't say I was watching the Today Show when all this happened; I was listening to Howard Stern as I normally do in the mornings. I remember going into class with visions that the world would soon be at war. I honestly thought that it would be a lot worse than it was.

We have marched into war, call it just or unjust, that's not the issue. The issue is how much the world has changed.
Ask yourself if you feel safer now in the four years since 9/11.
I know I do not. The bombings in Spain and England are proof that the Terrorists can strike despite efforts to stop them. The recent hurricane Katrina should also offer proof to the fact that the US of A was not sufficently prepared for a diasater that was known to be coming for, what, five or so days? For the past 25 years, Americans have elected officials that want to rape and take away from the Federal government. That's the platform of the Republicans - less government. Is that a good thing when FEMA is downsized?
We live in dangerous times. Things will not get better. Being an American is like having a bullseye on your head. Bin Laden has said that he makes no exception between military and civilian targets. 9/11 is proof of that.
Why did 9/11 happen?
Are we more prepared for an attack today then all those years ago?
Realize that the 15 or so that planned and executed 9/11 were living among us for years. They had credit cards, homes, schooling, work visas, and more than even I do.
I imagine there are active terrorist cells in the US now. Sleeper cells that could be among us planning our downfall.
On that same note, here is a letter written by Michael Moore:

NEW YORK - News Corp., the media conglomerate headed by Rupert Murdoch, said Thursday it will buy Internet company IGN Entertainment Inc. for about $650 million in cash.
San Francisco-based IGN and its network of sites, most devoted to video games, will become part of News Corp.'s Fox Interactive Media unit.
This deal marks News Corp.'s third Internet-related acquisition in recent months. The company is in the process of closing its purchases of Intermix, operator of the MySpace.com social-networking site, and college-sports company Scout Media.
With the addition of IGN, Intermix and Scout Media to existing Fox-branded sites, News Corp. said its U.S. Web traffic will increase to nearly 70 million unique monthly users and more than 12 billion page impressions per month.
IGN's major properties include IGN.com, GameSpy, GameSpy Arena, FilePlanet, TeamXbox, 3D Gamers, Direct2Drive, GameStats.com and a number of Web sites within the Vault and Planet networks. IGN also owns and operates two entertainment Web properties focused on movie-related content — IGN FilmForce and Rotten Tomatoes — and a male lifestyle site, AskMen.com. It also provides technology for online game play in video games.
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2005, subject to regulatory approvals. IGN's chief executive officer, Mark Jung, will continue in his role following the acquisition.

About Last.fm
Last.fm is the flagship product from the team that designed the Audioscrobbler system, a music engine based on a massive collection of Music Profiles. After picking a username and signing up, you would typically install an Audioscrobbler Plugin for your media player (iTunes, Winamp etc..) which sends the name of every song you play on your computer to Last.fm. Over time, this list of songs grows larger and larger - you can see your personal listening charts on your userpage. Last.fm automatically finds people with a similar taste, and generates music recommendations for you.
If you have a broadband internet connection, you should grab the Last.fm Player. This is a small application that plays you Last.fm radio - where each listener gets different songs, all picked automatically depending on your music taste.
There are dozens of other entertaining and useful aspects of Last.fm, but you'll have to sign up and explore them for yourself :)
